Strategy development and deployment
Management neglect is a major obstacle to successful product launch. In the early stages of development, when management is able to make a substantial contribution to eventual outcome, it is often minimally involved. Without a clearly defined concept and project-plan, risk is high that management will need to be involved at a late stage, micromanaging the project, with little possibility of improving the outcome. Strategy development and deployment is an ideal way to solve management attention and to avoid micro management.
